Interpreting your dreams

Dream of flying? Failing an exam? Teeth falling out? Chased by lions? Death? My mum used

to have a worn copy of The Dreamers Dictionary from the 70s/80s that I used to regularly consult!

Whilst some reasons for our dream fears are obvious, the key is always not to look at the actual specific circumstances of our dreams (Am I going to die? Do I need to go to the dentist? Etc!) but the emotions that they trigger.

Dreams are a chance for our subconscious (and soul) to work on our fears for us. They are a useful flag for things you might need to look at working on energetically, especially if they are repetitive.

Try keeping a journal and write down as soon as you wake the elements you can remember and how you felt. Then try some of the energetic tips in my blog on anxiety to release those fears. Or Reiki!
